PX-Pro shell
PX-Pro durable, light-stretch polyester twill. Holds structure through movement while giving fractionally on the head for a settled fit.

Laser-cut ventilation
Water-drop perforations laser-cut into the rear panels for airflow without the drag or noise of open mesh.

COMFY COOL stretch sweatband
OTTO's COMFY COOL advanced-stretch interior band. Designed to conform under motion and reduce pressure points.

Sweat-control film
A sweat-control film layered behind the band that helps stop moisture from reaching the outer shell — helping reduce visible discoloration.

The COMFY COOL band gives the interior a settled, low-pressure feel. The PX-Pro shell keeps the crown honest. Laser-cut perforations move air across the rear panels, the airflow behind our breathable hats. A sweat-control film sits behind the band to help keep moisture off the shell.
We describe intent, not medical performance. Final feel and durability are being confirmed through NOGNS sample review.

Decoration without compromise
Stitched directly. Nothing glued on.
The NOGNS pilot specification calls for direct embroidery only — at the front, wearer-left side, and rear. Colorfast polyester thread. Soft trimmed and covered backing on the interior. No glued patches, TPU badges, silicone badges, or heat transfers.

Final care guidance is being validated with OTTO. We will publish it only after the pilot survives NOGNS repeat-wash testing.
The confirmed style 116 specification includes sweat control and moisture management. An antimicrobial or anti-odor treatment is not yet confirmed and will not be claimed until documented.
Pre-launch sample validation. Quality, comfort, wash durability, embroidery, and shape retention are being tested before release.
That is the requirement. The five custom colors remain subject to physical sample approval and vendor confirmation.
